Inchworm
Sprung from the coitus crypt of medieval kilkenny cometh Inchworm, one man’s poet another’s toiletry. Singing rational songs, at reasonable prices, about the overly-captioned and underwhelming springs of modern day youth. Converting miles into kilometres and tears into currency, hark hear this middle class singer witter and blither his bothers to his brothers.
A.C.BERGERMANN
AC Bergermann, aka Aaron Chicken Burger Man, is the bass player for Cardinals, a band that somehow keeps it together even though he’s not exactly sure how. With a nervous energy that’s almost as big as his heart, AC’s not really into singing or guitar; he’s giving it a shot and hopes everything works out. The songs are... fine, he says, but it’s mostly about not screwing them up. A bit skittish and prone to overthinking, AC’s the kind of guy who’ll second-guess his decisions but somehow make it work. He’s got two sisters, one brother, and parents who aren’t together anymore, which might explain the constant low-level panic. But hey, he’s just trying to keep it together while staying true to the music.
Moleman
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Is it an egg? Is it a train? Is it a cloud on a bright summers day? Is it the sound of an ark on the waves? Is it the dog who has come for his day? Is it the worm who will feast on the grave? Is it a sign of the end of all time? Is it the dragon who drank the first wine? Is it the bike which you left by the gate that was readily swiped by the man who would wait? Is it the tusk from an elegant beast who tickled your ears in the opera house seats? Is it the phone on the side of your bed or is it the hair which falls by your head? Is it depressing or isn’t it good? I left in the night I’d return if I could. These bubbling questions which sat in our souls are all that will glister in spite of our gold.
Is it a mole and a man or a man with a mole? Moleman is a great band in Cork with many exciting prospects. They have a cello.
