Surgeon Noonan - Trad & Irish Dancing evening
Join us on the 12th of March for a lively evening of Irish music and dance in aid of Surgeon Noonan, in collaboration with UCC Trad Society!
It’s set to be a fun, interactive night where everyone can get involved. You’ll have the chance to learn a few Irish dance steps, take part in some céilí teaching, and enjoy great live music from UCC Trad Soc. There will also be live Irish dancing performances throughout the evening — so whether you’re stepping out onto the floor or soaking up the atmosphere, there’s something for everyone.
All event proceeds will go towards Surgeon Noonan charity. Surgeon Noonan is a registered charity (RCN: 20025571) run voluntarily by 4th year medical students from University College Cork, Ireland. Each year, our goal is to raise over €150,000, which goes directly towards underfunded rural hospitals in Sub-Saharan Africa. 100% of proceeds raised are donated to beneficiary hospitals to improve medical infrastructure, and to fund valuable medical resources.
Please see our website for more information on fund allocations, and previous work by the charity!
